Mid-May Link Day

Since it's been more than 10 months since I last shared links, I have about thirty gazillion links saved in my bookmarks folder to share with you all... and it's really getting ridiculous. So, even pared down, here's a quite large collection of what I think of, or at one time thought of, as interesting, worthwhile, or challenging reading. Also, I'll punctuate it with pictures of my cute kids, just because I can. Enjoy!

LIFE AT HOME
HOMESCHOOLING
EVERYDAY LIFE & ITS STRUGGLES
CRAFTING AND COOKING
SOCIAL, RELIGIOUS, POLITICAL, OR OTHERWISE INTERESTING ISSUES
AND, IN TRUE MAKING HOME TRADITION, SOMETHING FUNNY TO FINISH OFF THIS LINKFEST:

I always *love* your link posts - it's like opening a bunch of little Christmas presents, they're all so good!

And wow- your kids are getting big! My little guy has bruises all over his legs too like that picture of your son - from just doing boy stuff I guess.

I must say, I really enjoy the "Large Family Mothering" blog. It is really encouraging to hear from someone who not only has 15(!) kids but lets her vulnerability show while at the same time being a sort of treasure chest of experience.

LOL, Catherine-- I guess it's just something about boys in the summertime. He learned to ride his bike without training wheels a few weeks back and his legs got even worse than this before they get better. Now, it's scrapes and bruises from all the acrobatics they're trying on their bikes. ;-) But it's fun. I love boys... which is good cause we're about to meet our fourth. :)

Oh my goodness, you should do this more often, you are a link maven. I had to stop clicking after about 10 - I want to read every one of these.

And thanks for the link!

Just found your blog through another one! Have enjoyed reading a couple of posts and seeing some similarities in our lives. I am also pregnant with our 5th baby in 7 years, due in September. We are a homeschooling family and I enjoyed a lot of your links to other sites! Thanks for sharing
