But come spring when we go for a visit, I will definitely need a refresher course! I'm sure we all have some in our life and if we don't just wait a little bit and they will come. I will be thinking on this before our family gatherings this coming week.Amyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02333403611841857768noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32444916.post-68586711048000348082007-12-17T06:56:00.000-06:002007-12-17T06:56:00.000-06:00My husband and I always go through all the ridicul...My husband and I always go through all the ridiculous things that happened at the end of the day. For our family sometimes just limiting time is the best way to handle things, it's kind of sad to have to do that but it does work.Khttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18031256003548447236noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32444916.post-47447034132389595962007-12-16T05:09:00.000-06:002007-12-16T05:09:00.000-06:00Thank you for these suggestions! Just made me look a bit foolish, which I can get over.Amy Jane (Untangling Tales)https://www.blogger.com/profile/13622771524844909550noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32444916.post-81252928510976850602007-12-15T11:43:00.001-06:002007-12-15T11:43:00.001-06:00Unfortunately, this is something I struggle with a...Unfortunately, this is something I struggle with all year, not just during the holidays. I find that if things are going well, I should just relax and try to make the most of it, and when things get bad, I have to go spend some time alone, doing something to distract myself.

It's not the best system in the world, but so far it's prevented WWIII.

I think the best solution would be if everyone just changed themselves to gain my approval. ;-)Katie Alenderhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17210222751354931694noreply@blogger.com
