YES!!! I loved it when I could finally put pigtails in my dd's hair!! My favorites were the firecracker looking ones, but dh always said he thought she looked like a Dr. Seuss character.
Fun! Now that I have a little girl, whenever I see older girls with their hair done, I get so excited to get to do her hair soon. Hoepfully she'll get it in sooner than her brother or else, I won't be doing it for two years :)
Adorable! I'm jealous! Poor Peapod is still missing her "barrette hair" and does not have enough for pigtails yet either. Instead, she is sporting a baby mullet. :P
So happy you like them! My girls are pretty much ALWAYS wearing them...it works great especially for Lilli's gymnastics (she would always roll on her ponytail and it would hurt...).
Jess, I just found your blog and love your writing. I do have a question about your blog makeover posts from a few months back. How can I contact you regarding some snags I've had? Blessings, Petrie
Okay, I was getting ready to comment on your post above, but then I saw your cutie! I had to comment. Oh, how I LOVE pigtails. Such cuteness. Such girliness. My youngest has been actually requesting them recently, which thrills me since my oldest two won't wear hairbows.
Wow, she looks like her dad! It's funny the way that happens sometimes--not that she has a masculine face or Doug has a feminine face, but there is a strong resemblance.
I love it! She looks adorable. I always looked forward to playing with my daughter's hair and she is finally letting me! She is a strong decision maker, always knows what she wants for her hair..usually down with a headband that never stays in. Anyhow, just started using curlers what a blast. She looks so cute and so much like shirley temple. Just wait! Enjoy it! Monica

ReplyDeleteWhat an adorable little girl! It gets even more fun when you can actually braid their hair. My daughters looks so cute with braided hair.

Hi Jess,
ReplyDeleteYour pics inspired me to put pigtails in my little girl's hair again. I haven't done it in ages! Maranatha looks super cute.

Pigtails are so very adorable on the wispy hair of a two year old. I have been having fun putting them in my two year olds hair too.
